This is performed to reduce the fat content of certain areas of the body. It is often performed alongside other procedures such as tummy tuck but can be performed in isolation. Liposuction is done under general anaesthetic.

Patients can normally go home on the day of surgery. You will be seen in follow-up clinic by Mr Marlborough after 1 week, and then again at 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 months.
